With well over 2000 lines Clarks offers an extensive range of quality products. We work closely with our producers and suppliers and lead the way in bringing both new and innovative products to the Chef. We have both exclusive lines and bespoke products.

With over 30 years in the food business Alastair Clark knows all the Scottish cheese makers. Some of whom now make cheese which is bespoke to Clarks. Clarks also imports directly from France, Spain and Italy. Over 300 cheeses are held in stock with over 50 Scottish varieties. Cheese is at the heart of Clarks so it has a web page all to itself!
Clarks carries a great range of charcuterie from France, Italy and Spain including DOP parma ham, Iberico Bellota ham, truffled salami, fresh toulouse and boudin. Scotland has its say with Stornoway black pudding.
We work with Foragers and Importers and can supply a full range from local Scottish to the finest white truffle!
Olives, Olive Oils and Vinegars
We have worked with Arnaud for 18 years who supply the finest olives from Provence - too many varieties to mention.
From Spain comes our hugely popular Gordal olives and of course Kalamata from Greece.
We also have a great range of grilled vegetables, capers etc.
There is an extensive range of estate bottled olive oils, fine nut oils, Scottish rapeseed oil, truffle oil and fine wine and balsamic vinegars.
Paper wrapped fois gras from Ferme de Phelange, Rougie and the increasingly popular flash frozen.
The finest farmed caviar from Italy and China.
Used by the finest chefs around the world - Clarks is Scotland's sole distributor of Valrhona products.
