Clarks was founded in 1993 by Alastair and Jill Clark and now, along with co-director Pierre Leger, is firmly established as one of the country's leading speciality food suppliers ranking the country's top hotels and restaurants, including many Michelin establishments and fine food retailers in its client base.

With over 2000 lines ranging through oils and vinegars, olives, charcuterie, patisserie products and chocolate - the emphasis has always been on the best quality whilst assuring value for money. We lead the way in bringing new and innovative products to the chef. And import directly from France, Spain and Italy as well as working closely with Scottish producers.

A selection of fine cheeses Cheese is a passion at Clarks! We pride ourselves on our range, particularly artisan, and quality - and offer a constantly changing selection of more than 300 different varieties.
