Established in 1993 by Alastair and Jill Clark, Clarks is now Scotland’s leading supplier of speciality food to the top end of the market. Our client list includes all the best hotels, restaurants and gourmet shops that Scotland has to offer. We carry more than 2000 product lines which include artisan cheese, charcuterie, mushrooms, olives, oils, foie gras, caviar, Valrhona chocolate, patisserie products and many more high quality products. We import from France, Italy and Spain and have a personal buyer in the famous Rungis market in Paris for fresh produce. We mature many of the cheeses in our special facilities to ensure they are in perfect condition and also work closely with many UK cheese makers.
