We carry over 2000 lines ranging through cheese and charcuterie, oils and vinegars, olives, patisserie products and chocolate. We import directly from France, Spain and Italy as well as working closely with Scottish producers.

We strive to bring the highest quality products to the Chef and continually source new and innovative products.

We have exceptional suppliers and producers and rank such products as Iberico ham, Valrhona chocolate and herve mons cheese within our range. We believe it is very important to develop good relationships with our suppliers just as we endeavour to do with our customers.

Alastair Clark and Pierre Leger have many years experience in and a passion for the food industry and understand the needs of today's Chefs.

As a speciality supplier we take particular pride in our range of cheese, particularly artisan and offer a constantly changing selection of more than 300 different varieties, and also of our very extensive range of patisserie products.

We are always happy to assist with staff training in regards to cheese and to ensure that in turn your staff can deal knowledgably with your clients.

We can also provide great support to Patisserie Chefs in what has now become quite a technical field with many and varied products.
